Hi Aiden:

Please note we usually arrive at the Stratosphere Hotel at approximately 4:00-4:30pm depending on traffic and weather conditions of that day. The tour guide will then assist guest with checking in and usually speaking the process will conclude at approximately 5:30-6:00pm. If you can get the MGM for your show there should not be any major issues. If however you want to play it safe you may change your show time to 10:00pm but at this time we do not see any major issues if everything is according to schedule.

Hi AIDEN:

Generally, the tour group arrive at Las Vegas at around 4:30pm, however; you will need about 1 to 2 hours to check into the Stratosphere Casino Hotel.

If your show is at 7:00pm, you may miss the show.

Q:
Hi, I'm interested in this tour for december 21, but I want to know if the Excalibur Hotel offers transportation to pick up me and my husband at the airport or we will have to take a taxi. Also, I will like to know how far is this hotel from the airport.

Hi Deborah Benitez:

1. The Excalibur Hotel does not have a free shuttle service. Shuttle services to most hotels in Las Vegas are available for purchase outside the airport baggage claim area.

2. The hotel is 3 miles from the airport.

Thank you for your quick response. Is there space on your 22 November 2011 tour? I am by myself but have advertised to see if I can find a companion. What is included in the price? You mentioned another similar tour, which one is that? Regards Sarah
A:

Hi Sarah:

It is true that this tour is bilingually conducted and as there are many Asian guests sign-in the tour therefore tour guide explains in both English and Chinese to assist every customer. We do have options for customers who prefer an English Only tour with the similar itinerary but with a relatively higher price.
